life is for the living
Mmmm creamy and yummy- cinnamon and pear oatmeal with almond butter and banana! Haven’t had oatmeal in ages because I keep telling myself to wait until winter but I was like what the heck and just made it. Do.not.regret.a.thing 😋
For a star to be born, there is one thing that must happen: a nebula must collapse.

So collapse.
This is not your destruction.

This is your birth.

Possibly the cutest cafe in London! (presso Wild Food Cafe)
where how i want to smooth a cow plz

I’m very happy today for many reasons. Firstly, I’m in sunny Spain. Secondly, I got an a on my geography gcse which I took early and I’m only 14 so yay. But mainly because I’m finally accepting my body. I go to the same house every year, and for the past two years I’ve been looking in that mirror at myself in a bikini and crying and hating what I see. But not this year. I’m feeling okay. Maybe not comfortable, but okay and not disgusted by what I look like. I’m actually proud of myself right now because I’ve achieved lots of things this year and now they’re suddenly falling into place and I’m feeling great :)))))))
Hope you’re all okay xxx

Anonymous: hey gurl, you in London? Hope the city is treating you wellll xo

helllo! i came back from London on tuesday but i wish i could have stayed longer! the city treated me soooooo great:) me and my mum went up for 3 days and stayed with a friend. the vegan restaurants were amazing and if anyone is ever in london i beg you to go to the wild food cafe in neals yard, convent garden! the food was all vegan and mostly raw- i had a raw vegan pizza with sweet potato chips and for dessert i had a raw chocolate cheese cake. it was so taste and the atmosphere was so calm and loving in there! we also went to see the bodyguard with Alexandra Burke in it which was amazing! yep i had a great trip:) xoxo

Anonymous: how did you convince your mom to go vegan?! i'm so for veganism and i've tried to express the benefits of veganism to my mom but she thinks eating meat is healthy... what can i tell her to help open her mind?

um well basically my mum is little overweight and wants to loose weight for health reasons. she kept doing these stupid crash diet (even though i told her that they aren’t healthy or practical) but she couldn’t loose any weight. she also has issues with her legs that stop her from being able to do exercise. so she would like a practical, long term and healthy diet to help her loose the weight she has put on over the years and she thinks being vegan can do that for her. i have also always spoken to her about the issues with eating meat and how it isn’t good for us since we are not natural carnivores and so on and she completely agrees with me! so with both of these factors in mind she has decided to go vegan for 6 days a week and although its more for health and weight reasons than ethical factors, we as a family now consume no cows milk and my dad is the only meat eater in the house- im secretly hoping that once he sees how much being a vegan has improved mums health, he might join us- which is great.

maybe you could offer to cook for your mum more and really show her how yummy and filling and nutritious vegan food can be- that its not just tasteless salads etc. or if your not into cooking you could sneakily buy her a vegan cook book and ask her to make you some things in there that you can share. just getting her to replace a meal that would have had meat in it to a vegan meal is a huge win for the animals. ask if you can go to vegan restaurants instead of normal ones. try and switch the cows milk in the house with almond and soy. just little things slowly. also you could maybe watch some documentaries about meat, dairy and eggs with her because i think that its extremely hard to justify what goes on in farms after watching earthlings and to continue being ignorant to the cruelty that happens behind the scene. i hope that you can open her mind because it will be better for her and the animals if she chooses to go vegan. good luck! xoxox

Veganism is not limiting. Meat-eaters think we only eat salads.Take away animal flesh and products, and the only other food you can think of is lettuce. Whose diet is limiting?

Been looking for a succinct way to phrase this.
